Associate Engineer
Paul has over a decade of professional experience covering a variety of services within civil engineering, including project management, consultation, design, and analysis. As an Associate Engineer, his tasks at PEI include generating and reviewing plan, specification and estimate (PS&E) packages, developing feasible pavement maintenance and rehabilitation alternatives, and corresponding with clients and other consultants. He has previously worked at firms specializing in geotechnical engineering and transportation engineering, and brings his familiarity with subsurface conditions, ADA compliance, and bicyclist and pedestrian traffic control to projects.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a registered Civil Engineer for the State of California and a Safety Assessment Program (SAP) Evaluator for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES).
