MATERIALS ENGINEERING is central to quality pavement projects.  PEI’s in-depth knowledge of paving materials, asphalt mixes, asphalt binders and how they all perform under the combined effects of environmental oxidation and traffic loads provides high performance results in pavement design and rehabilitation.
