David J. Van Matre
Laboratory Supervisor
David serves as the laboratory supervisor at the San Luis Obispo office. He performs laboratory testing on soil, aggregate and hot mix asphalt, organizes test results to send to clients, oversees laboratory personnel, and performs general maintenance for all laboratory equipment in the San Luis Obispo office. David also works with inspectors providing field data to ensure accuracy in field testing. David has experience working on numerous projects for cities and counties as well as QC/QA projects.
