Steven P. Holm

Steven specializes in rehabilitation and maintenance plans and specifications for public and private agencies as well as federally funded projects.  In addition to assessing pavement for defects and measuring field quantities, he prepares bid packages, including plans, technical specifications and engineers’ estimates. Steven also provides valuable support for PEI’s senior engineers by creating and designing plans for roads, schools and parking lots.
